Spaces unfold, at times entire worlds. Inspired by the atmosphere of the workshop’s surrounding, I forget time and space while forging jewelry.
The fragrant flower in front of my door, the buzzing bumblebee flying past it, or a softly spoken word. These impressions have a profound impact on me when I create jewelry out of various metals.
Holding a miniature of a fleeting moment in your hands evokes a feeling of grandeur.
I have been passionate about the art of being a gold and silversmith since my youth just as I have always been fascinated by the metallurgy and alchemy of the trade and the beauty of the tools themselves.
WORKSHOP IN THE OLD MILL
After various years of apprenticeship, I started my very own goldsmith workshop in the old mill in 2017. This is the place where I can admire the roaring of the creek while working without bothering others with the sounds of my hammers.
My childhood nickname and the name of the mill where my workshop is located have inspired the name of the label I founded in 2023.
I use my atelier to create miniseries as well as customer orders. Whenever I can hand over finished pieces of jewelry to satisfied customers, I am greatly pleased.
The idea that customers will relate precious moments to the jewelry they hold in their hands remains a thriving force to me.
